Ekiti gov race: Olujimi throws in towel

Senator Abiodun Olujimi Tuesday said she is no longer interested in the governorship race on the platform of  the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti State as she has stepped down for Prince Dayo Adeyeye in the party’s primary.

Her decision comes ahead of the scheduled primaries to pick the gubernatorial candidate for the party in the July 14 2018 election in the state.

The senator said she sacrificed her ambition for peace, progress, and stability of the party.
