JUST IN: Kemi Adeosun quits as Finance Minister

Minister of Finance Mrs Kemi Adeosun has quit her job in President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet, a source close to her has revealed.

According to reports, her resignation may not be unconnected with the allegation of not serving the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and obtaining an invalid exemption certificate.

The source said the minister is unhappy with the political scenario surrounding the certificate scandal which according to her may affect the chances of the President as 2019 draws near.
