I have subsequently discovered that the allegation contained in the report that was gotten from a random interview cannot be verified.
I hereby retract this report as it pertains to Prof. Maureen Etebu and as such tender my unreserved apology to Prof. Maureen Etebu for the inconveniences the publication may have caused her and her family.
