Following his supposed arrest and release by the Nigeria Immigration Service [NIS] earlier today, the Nigerian Police have surrounded Senator Dino Melaye’s house to enforce his arrest.
A combined team of mobile and regular police officers are currently at his Abuja home after he allegedly escaped from being detained at the Abuja International Airport.
Reports say police officers arrived at about 1:40 p.m. at Mr Melaye’s residence in Maitama District.
Mr. Melaye was on his way to Morocco for an official assignment before he was picked up by security officials, preventing him from traveling.
